Medela Symphony Rental Deposit

Deposit is to be refunded when you return the Symphony Rental Pump to The Woman's Place on or before the due date and in reasonably clean, working condition. Deposit is forfeited if pump requires extra cleaning or is late. Late fee of $10.00/day will be charged if pump is late.
